In 2006, Mark transitioned into facility and property management with one of the Educational facilities. As Campus Supervisor for Security and Property Services, he oversaw the operations of multiple educational campuses, catering to a diverse clientele. His responsibilities ranged from managing contractors and site conditions and managing major facility upgrades. During this period, Mark’s leadership in security operations and property services laid the groundwork for his expertise in risk management.

Over the course of three years, he led the management of facilities across six offices and over 1,000 staff members in the Oceanica region. His responsibilities spanned contract management, workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance, and office relocations, including the design and relocation of ADP’s Melbourne headquarters.
