With a background in political economy and over seven years of experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, Turana blends her expertise in coaching, DEI strategies, and cross-cultural leadership to drive positive change. Educational and Professional Background
Turana’s journey into leadership and entrepreneurship was shaped by her deep commitment to social justice and her belief in the power of community. She earned three Master’s degrees in Social Sciences, History of Economic Markets, and Global Markets Local Creativities, which provided her with a strong academic foundation. This diverse educational background allowed her to develop a well-rounded understanding of international relations, cross-cultural communication, and economic development.
Her career began in the nonprofit sector, where she gained invaluable experience in communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Turana’s work with organizations such as Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), UNDP, and the Natural Resource Governance Institute allowed her to hone her strategic thinking and passion for creating inclusive, sustainable solutions in global development
