Over time, Kelvin transitioned into the technology and agile space, taking on leadership roles as a Scrum Master at Keywest Consulting and later at Jaguar Land Rover. His certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum Mastery, and SAFe Agilist practices further nurtured a leadership style rooted in empathy, structure, and accountability.
